The Mazel Coin
Meet The Mazel Coin, a double sided beauty with a Magen David in turquoise on one side and a menorah with diamonds on the other. The temple menorah is the official Emblem of Israel depicting peace and light. We as the Jewish nation, no matter the situation, remain symbols of light and peace. We must always remember to be a light onto everyone around us. This gorgeous piece has many unique details, as with all Rachie Shnay pieces there is always symbolism and meaning embedded to create a spiritual connection and to elevate it to more than just jewelry. One side has the Magen David, of course, to show our unwavering pride, turquoise stones and a sapphire embedded in the bale as a source of protection. The other side has beautiful diamonds to serve as a shining light on the menorah as well as a diamond embedded in the bale. And of course, as with most Mazel pieces, 'Am Yisrael Chai' is inscribed along the bottom of the coin in Hebrew. This piece was inspired by a necklace from Rachie's very chic Holocaust survivor grandmother, Devora Leah Horowitz Z'L, that she bought in Israel in the 1950's, it is an ode to the past and to the future, to Jewish continuity and supporting the State of Israel. The coin is substantial in weight and is the perfect heirloom piece to pass down from generation to generation. Funky, chic and breathtakingly beautiful, our Mazel Coin is truly one of a kind.
